Q.
my son is 3yrs 3 month old before two days he is having stomach pain, diarrhea and vomit so we consulted the doctor he gave medicine ( bacifyl, vomiover,oflox and ors) we gave that medicine but he is hesitated to drink that eventhough we forced and gave the medicine after that watery diarrhea has stopped now he is going like semi solid but while doing potty he is feeling stomach pain,nausea and taking little bit vomit also may I know the reason for that doctor or shall I take scan

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. d give easily digestible food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehyddration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml. do not give milk
