my son is 3 yrs 10 months old. he doesn't form sentences much and talks only with his parents. he is reluctant in front of strangers. talks in a language which is not fully understandable. e doesn't understand the concepts of what when who where etc. understands only those questions which are kept being asked. he is good in learning n studies...but he wants to reply only to his parents. what should we do?
