Q.
My son is 15months old from past 2 months have been noticing his urine smells very bad n strong. He is eating well, motion n urinating well overall his health is good. Please confirm is this normal or should i check on this. Thank you.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. the smell may be due to concentrated urine or due to the supplements / multivitamin / high protein diet the child is taking. give more fluids to the child / food rich in fluidsx. if the child is not having any complaints then no treatment is required but if child is crying while passing urine and not improving with fluids then take a medical opinion. x

So kindly get a check with a doctor maybe you required to get a urine test to know if there’s a problem or not because that is going to clear the picture if there is no problem still if the urine spelling the doctor will tell you what is to be done further so it would be good if you check with your paediatrician regarding this
