Q.

My son has dandruff when he scratches his head watery type skin becomes and it’s very itchy for him i guess.. how to get rid of this. Any suggestion for shampoo..

A. Use spoo shampoo

A. Please visit your doctor and not apply to thick oil

A. don't use mustard oil in hair for oiling it's heavy .....use light oils like Johnson & Himalaya

A. I believe it is not dandruff it is just cradle cab that is there in the head of the child also maybe some other issues building up which is it why it is more like watery so it’s better to consult your doctor once don’t do anything without your advice
