Q.
My son Harshith 8 month now am feeding food and fruits lots of time he take it out from it, and I feed only powered milk only. I don't know what I have to feed to him please tell me what I have to feed

Hi, Start with dal water rice water coconut water apple puree mashed bnana mashed potatoes then gradually give suji kheer oats kheer khichadi daliya etc. Give food which you eat at home. just give less salt and suger. Give milk 2-3 times and rest give semi solid and solid food. give nuts once baby completes 1 year.
