my son had cold and fever for which pcm syrup and antibiotic was prescribed..for a week till antibiotics were being given he was fine then by sat he developed high fever 103 again we took him to dr this time he had cough also so cough syrup pcm and antibiotic was prescribed..again for a week he was fine by mon of next week as soon as medicines got over he developed fever..
fever lasted both times for a day only..
what could be the cause and how to deal with..?
also he has been having weak immunity

it is important to give diet according to the need of the child which should contain proper amount of calorie and protein and at the same time kindly give plenty of water to drink and seasonal fruits and vegetables. 
kindly include recipes made xfrom cereals and pulses
complete the pending vaccinations and this will help in improving the immunity of the child.
food should be home made and avoid any type of packet foodsc 
follow the above points to increase immunity of the child and decrease the chances of the child getting ill.
