Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 8 m old boy20 hours agoA. Hey! I don’t think it is required to give any medication right away. Try giving light sponging in case of the body heat again increasing. Just in case fever crosses 100 then medication might be required as per your doctors advice.
