my girl baby born on 35 weeks and 2 days.now she is 3 month old.but she is not smiling when we talk to her and when she see our face.sometime she smile herself by watching the light luminous it's normal

Yes Absolutely normal because the child can give a social smile two elder people or other people basically after completing the age of three months but that does not necessarily mean that your child is going to respond to your smiles and talks at this age this is mostly happened after the age of 6 to 7 months
