my daughter started her periods at the age of 10 years and now she is 14. her secondary hormones have dominated and her growth height especially is not changing. please suggest what to do for height. she is very worried about this.

A. What is the current height of your child that you have not mentioned because it’s completely based on the genetics and since the child started with periods really early the growth gets a little slow so if you are comfortable put your child into sports like swimming or maybe anything which is going to help in elevating the height of the child in total growth is going to be good because a physical activity is going to be very important during this time which really helps an elevated total growth of the child
