You should take care if few things like start her physical exercise more especially yoga and make sure the child is sleeping well staying physically avoid eating packet foods no colas no junk foods just clean home cooked foods and more fibre rich fruits and vegetables in diet

Is really very early to have white discharge I would just recommend you to kindly take an assistance with your doctor and proceed with what your doctor has to advise because maybe it is due to some infection or some other issues so it’s important to check with your doctor
