My daughter is 4 yr 2 m old she is having redness in her throat as well as 1-2 ulcers due which she is having fever most of the time 100-102 what food should I give to her and When fever doesn’t go down with calpol I gave her half meftal p but after giving half meftal p she got fever of 101.6 Gave her calpol at 12:30 noon and fever was 103 den at 3:15 she hav 101.8 and nw at 5:04 pm she is having fever of 100.8 Which medicine to give her nw Plz suggest
