My daughter is 1yr 8months old. She is having severe constipation. there is blood while passing poop Please suggest some remedies.

A. For the time being you should start giving stool softener and in general you should give more of fibres and fluids in the diet apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water these will be very helpful
