my daugheter is suffering from h8gh fever since yestarday midnight we gave 3 doses of fepanil 250 but fever is not reducing. Can we give a dose of ibuprofen 100 mg and see if the fever reduces

A. You should only give one paracetamol one time and you can repeat it every six hours and the fever doesn’t subside within maximum time of 72 hours and you can consult your doctor for further assistance as of now you can continue with the same medicine
