You Should give really good amount of water if your child is suffering with a urine infection that is going to be really very important to maintain hydration in the body and control consult your doctor for a proper medicines and ointment is that you need if there is too much of an irritation the doctor can advise you with some cream to apply otherwise as of now you can use coconut oil
