My child is 6 years old and he is suffering with constipation issue. the poop got stoned and it is not coming out, he is suffering a lot. it's been 4 to 5 days he dint go to washroom. please suggest what to do for a free motion.

Kindly ask with your doctor they will suggest you the best stool softener that you can give to the child as of now which will help in making it soft inside and it will be easier for the child to park the motion but in general you should try include more of fibres and fluids in the diet of your child
