my child is 2yrs. 5 month old. He has slwwping peoblem. in night and in day very little time he is sleep. not sound sleep timw vwry light is there any home remedy for peopwr sleep.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2.5 years old and he doesn’t sleep for long spells in day and night too so you can give him nutmeg rubs with warm milk at night
