RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 week agoA. For pigmentation if you want on the neck and all you can apply a mix of turmeric and Vaseline regularly before sleeping this will be a very good option for you to clean and if you want for pigmentation you can also consult your doctor once
