Q.

my boy is 2.10 years old.. for past 2 days he has high fever. he was prescribed to give MEFTOL every 12 hrs for 2 days.. paracetamol p120 did not work for him.. it was given 6 hrs once.. but no recovery. It is reduced while giving meftol but after 2 to 3 hrs again temperature is high.. please advice what Cano proceed with..?? is there any anti bodies medicine??

A. after giving meftol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature if fever .. and antibiotics will advice ur treating doctor if he needs it
