my baby was 13month old,, she got anaemia,,, how to imporve haemoglobin?

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician1 month agoA. hello give good diet with lots of fruits and vegetabkes to the baby and also plenty of fluids and if the hemoglobin is low then add iron and calcium supplemte to the diet.
