my baby poop was in black and hard today is there any problem, what was the reason is there any solution

And actually start giving iron supplement to the child by any chance the motion colour can actually become black and the motion can also get hard and constipation can also be seen so try to give more of fluids and fibre and check with the doctor they can change the medication
