my baby is not taking feed properly and his urine output have reduced and last two days he have sunken soft spot wat should I do now is it normal?

A. dear mum , if baby is passing urine 6-8 time in 24 hr and it is light yellow or colourless , baby is active , alert then getting good hydration dontworry feed frequently on demand

A. my baby is 3 months 20 days old I don't know wheather his tummy is full or not sometimes he drinks like 5 mins and sometimes like 10-15 mins

Q. #asktheexperts my daughter is 3 month old recently 6 days ago she got throat infection and also had fever since then her soft spot(fontella) is sunken from 5 days her doctor has confirmed no other signs of dehydration and have said she is not dehydrated and she is also well active .
