A. Hello good morning !! Iron,multi vitamin supplements are only suggested in case of deficiency . Ask your Doctor's advice ,until one year Vitamin D3 drops are only suggested to babies ,rest all nutrients ,minerals contain in breast milk and semi solid foods .
