my baby is 7month olds and from 1 week she is having pimples like bumps around mouth and on cheecks and nose.please advice

A. Hello good morning !! Due to heat small rashes appears.. Avoid bathing after 10 am - 4pm, you can give luke warm water bath by 8-9 am and after 5pm . Check if any product or diet changes ,introducing any semi solid foods,fruit puriees any unsuitability might also cause rashes... Consult paediatrician..
