Q.
My baby is 5 month from last night he is vomiting whole milk as soon as we feed him . He is already having cough and running nose . I was giving him tixylix syrup and monteir syrup from last 3 days. Not understanding what went wrong. from last night till now he vomits 6 times. plz help

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bhgronchodilators or antitucssives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor accordfing to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
