my baby is 4 years old , and her weight is 12.5 kg, what should I give her in food for increasing wait, please help me please , we are pure vegetarian, but she can.eat egg

Ma’am is the child is generally eating well then I must tell you that if the child is not gaining weight then it’s probably just associated with poor digestion or nutritional deficiency though vegetarian meals are completely healthy and can cover up for a good weight gain but still if the child is not then take a diet plan for a nutritionist and check with your doctor for the two conditions that I mentioned above
