my baby is 21 days old she is not sleeping well her sleeping cycle is not good she is not sleeping properly

A. Hello good new born babies sleep pattern would be disturbed mostly they awakes at nights as they do not know the difference of day and night they sleeps all the day and awakes at night times. Set a sleep routine awake the baby at day night and avoid late evening nap so that the baby sleeps early at night,however waking in between the sleep for feed is common in infants until 1.5-2 years.
