Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme so preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

As long as your baby is active and normal, accepting feeds then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
