my baby is 15 week old ,and he is on exclusive breastfeeding but from last few days he is not drinking properly ,he takes milk while sleeping only ,also he is doing poop 4-5 times a day but from last 2-4 days hia poop colour is watery green and foamy too I'm worrying about if it is normal or not

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi if it's the same way , I feel It's better to show your kid to doctor and check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
