my baby birth weight is 3kg, she is 11 weeks now and weighing 4.2 kg, is it normal doctor?

A. dear mum, a weight of 4.2kg is okay for your baby at the age of 11 weeks considering a birth weight of 3 kg. baby should gain at least 500 grams of weight per month on an average.

Absolutely it is better than the expected weight gain I am saying this because it is expected that the child should gain 500 g in a month on that if you evaluate a child is gaining very well so currently with the details that you have mentioned it seems like it is going proper as per the age of your child
