Q.

my 5.5 months old is currently on lactose free formula from past 13 days because he had mild infection and diarrhea but his stool is dark green and peanut butter like texture since I started solids and this recent change of formula. is this normal? he's refusing milk most of the time but is active and having proper wet diapers

A. Namaste Mom if the baby is quiet comfortable with solids then give preference to that and formula milk can be limited as such no problem by the age of 4 to 6 months they should double their birth weight and by the age of 1 they triple it.

A. We are giving enough amount of water also with the food that you give that is why the urine output is good but sometimes the aversion of milk can be seen when the kids are more interested in eating food which is completely normal the child comfortable in the urine output are good then there’s no issue
