Q.

my 4 month old had a fever this early morning. It could be due to the rain or the teeth issue. till now I have given him paracetamol twice.. his head is still hot.

A. Mam the reason I cannot tell you without examining the child but you should repeat paracetamol every six hours so you can give it four times in the day and if the fever does not subside within three days maximum then you can consult your doctor for further assistance
