My 3 months baby is suffering from fever 100.4 so which medicine I can give him and how much?

A. Calpol jobs are good to be given during this time it’s one of the good medicine the doctor described during the time of fever in an early age so you can give this to the child and give it every six hours and consult your doctor also as a child is really small
