my 3.5 year old son does not speak at the age of 1.5 years he spoke his own name by looking at others proper eating but now in a days the same is not

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl3 weeks agoA. So if the child is not speaking at all in this age then it could be a delay in the speech and without a physical assessment it’s very difficult to comment on the current situation so I suggest you to discuss the issue with Dr once
