My 14 day old daughter has this kind of naval issue. Any suggestions for curing this?

I think after the chord had fallen off the blood is just dried out so take some cotton and warm water clean that area properly still after that if you see the blood is oozing out then you can check with your doctor otherwise if after cleaning if you see anything then you can apply TBACT ointment or Betadine will check with the doctor if needed
