My 10 month baby after taking iron drops did poop of stinky smell and do poop anytime aday two or three times.In his poop there is mucus inside it sometimes poop color is black sometimes yellow.Is it any problem?? Please tell me

The colour can be black of course and it can be associated totally with the iron supplement that you are giving to the child but if there is mucus and the smell is bad could be associated with stomach infection in that case you have to take a check with the Dr
