my 1 year old baby was febrile on first day with 101 F later she got normal .. after that she's pooping greenish yellow mucusy poop for atleast 2 or 3 times a day for past 5 days sometimes she passes like green watery poop as well there's is no sign of teething as well otherwise she's normal except that
