meri beti ko fever hai. nyt me hota h n early morming medicine ni aata fvr till night. chest congestion b hai coz sound a ri h breathe ki. m worried.koi jyda dikkat to ni h na

A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol l l. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

A. I think the fever Mosley comes when your child gets exhausted by the end of the day and you do condition also sometimes a fever can appear over and over as the congestion is going to increase the fever also comes so just get it checked for both the issues with your doctor ones
