i hv a toddler 2.3 year she is not sleeping in night

A lot of times kids sleep better for the daytime now like two or three hours at a stretch which hampers a nighttime sleep so looking at the age it would be good if you can manage to avoid giving daytime nap totally and make yourself sleep well in the night
