i have started my daughter's play group but she is not settled in 3 weeks so sir of her play group is saying start after Diwali what can I do

Yes if you want to take a break till Diwali you can but what’s the guarantee that the child is going to adjust so if you’re okay with it instead of leaving the child for an entire school hour leave for one hour then gradually increase time to 1 hour 20 minutes and one hour 40 minutes with the child will settle and initially take a lot of Time can even take a month or two but if you start with a smaller span of time I think it will work
