Hi! I'm a mom of twins too and they're almost 1 year old now. I feel similar to you and I can imagine how much worse you might feel since I'm not a working mom like you. To be able to still pull it off, you are amazing! Days go by for me without having the time to comb my hair and it it went upto the extent that I had to chop it off because my hair got so tangled up nothing else could be done!

I go crazy sometimes and cry and honestly I feel relieved after letting out some steam! So cry if you want to! I try simple things to make myself feel better like getting my husband to buy some food or snacks that I like frequently and watching funny anime while doing other work. It helps me keep my sanity.

Make sure you keep telling your husband that you need a break when you really need one. Talk about how you feel to him. If you can afford it, hire someone to help take care of the babies or the cooking and cleaning to reduce your workload.

Our role in life has changed to caregivers now. We came out from the care of our family and started a family of our own. So just like our mother cared for us, it's time for us to care about our family. So remember this and do everything and don't expect anything in return.
