Din bhar mein 8-10 glass paani peekar khud ko well-hydrated rakhein.
Apni diet mein vitamin C se bhari cheezein (jaise nimbu pani, santra) aur zinc-rich foods (jaise dry fruits, seeds) shamil karein.
Khane mein halka lemon juice, fresh herbs, ya mild spices use karein taaki taste buds stimulate hon. Agar yeh issue kuch dino mein apne aap theek na ho, toh apne doctor ya lactation consultant se zaroor consult karein.
