I am 45 years old. I want to delay my periods for 3-4 days as iam travelling and usually have heavy flow on second day of cycle. Pls suggest a medicine and dose. I dont have any medical condition

A. Regestron usually is very good which you can take every day at the same time and once you stop taking it you will get your periods within 24 hours to 48 hours but I would still recommend you if you have an option confirm with your gynaecologist about the same then do so before you take it
