Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. give more of water . Hard stool is common in this stage of kids as mostly baby did not eat fibrous diet and drink enough quantity of water . So same should be increased in baby diet and any medication shoukd be avoided . Lactulose can be given in babies more than 2 yr only .

Hi Mommy Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often Give seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi protein rich nutritious food
