Hiiii I have a 4 month old baby born on nov 24 2023. I feed my baby well with mother’s milk. Suddenly from yesterday milk is not secreting to feed my baby. Give some suggestion to increase the milk

Hello mom massage your breast well after every feed , also apply some warm compress as well too. you may take care of your diet, include these foods such as flax seeds , panjiri , dry fruits , oats , garlic , drum stick , fenugreek leaves , milk , jeera , ajwain or saunf water
