This is Geethanarender baby of Jhashwanth
From past four days baby is suffering with body rash which means body becomes full roughness .Im using mee mee body cream till now it is gud nothing side effect but now i thought that it was happening bcoz of very cool climate so plls suggest me what to do or else shell i change mee mee cream and go for any else.

looks like urtricaria It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
