Hi. My daughter is 4 years old. She has heat-related patches on her neck like shown in the image. There is no itching, but she says it feels like burning. What cream can I use? pls advise

Candid b should apply it is a fungal infection which is white is looking like this so to begin with apply it 4 to 5 times in the day and when you start seeing it is becoming light then you apply twice or thrice in a day as per your requirement it will take at least time of 15 days to month to subside completely
