Q.

Hi, my daughter (3 years 8 months) had a fever starting on August 27th last month, which lasted for three days. The fever has returned again. Yesterday night, her temperature reached 103.3°F at around 3:00 AM. We gave her 4 mL of Calpol, and she is fine now. If the fever comes back again, should we continue giving her Calpol?

A. CALPOL should be given in a gap of 6 hrs... it will be better to see and follow the dr as fever is repeatedly coming .. you may use wet cotton patti to low down the temperature...
