hi my baby vaccinated day before yesterday his leg swelling redness and in his private areas got small bumps and it's spreading its coz of vaccination or what?

If it is spreading then it is not because of the vaccination because vaccination part can have lump or hardness but it does not spread so right now the problem could be different from what you are thinking so physical assessment would be good for you to make with your doctor tomorrow itself
