hi my baby is 3 months old and I need to go back to work so how could I plan my feeding because it's 12 hours work I'm not able to understand how should I manage

You can express your breastfeed leave it at home and anybody who’s gonna take care of the child can give your feed directly with a feeding bottle and that is how you can manage and you can even pump in the office if you have facility otherwise you can feed the child directly when you are back or you can also introduce formula
