hi , my baby has white patch type dots on upper mouth near the throat nd her tongue is also having white nd hw could it be treated nd should v take it serious .

SIDDIQUA B ZMom of a 6 m old girl1 day agoA. hello there!!plz check if patch is present other than tongue also.. A white thick patch... which appears like milk deposition.. try to remove it with clean cotton bud.. If it's not removable then it may candidial Infection.. which looks like milk deposition.. but doesn't go when you try to clean it.. In than case You can use Clotrimazole gel liquid.. Apply it with clean cotton bud on the areas of white patches.. 3-4 times in a day of 2-3 days.. I hope this is helpful

In this here it is very difficult to comment properlhyyy until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you agccordingly for this .
